Solution: The problem is in security update KB4056892. Same error when running the administration app. Running Elsawin 5.3 can no longer use it since the last Win 10 update. So without a username and password I cannot access anything! Any help please. When opening Elsawin admin there’s a message which says: Initialize failed: Error – 2147024891.
